It's been raining on and off for 2-3 weeks here at my place, this weekend we were expecting 100mm (4 inches) over one day. That may not seem like much but the ground is already very wet and won't suck up any more water so this 100mm will just sit on top.
Here are a couple of pics outside my back door looking over our paddocks, they don't show the full scope of the amount of water but I'm NOT going down to the dam today it's too bloody cold...........

BUT in my deffence winter has just finished and I HATE gardening PLUS we'll have 25 sheep next week........
