Nunca fui capaz de convertir el controlador de RD para funcionar en el TDR .... Creo que el controlador de 2MA trabaja en la RD sin modificaciones.

Hace responder a su pregunta?

Hi All
I have been inspired by your ingenuity and determination to make this mod work.
I bit the bullet and soldered dip switches to my controller board and set them to the original settings( I have put some pics in my album).
The question I have is should the powervalve cycle during tickover?
I noticed mine was doing just that.
I was hoping to change the rpm of the fully opened position but having not noticed weather this was happening before I have no idea if something is wrong or if its normal.
any ideas?
Thanks in advance
Mart

Ours was doing that when we didn't have a common earth.

Cheers Mbody
but what do you mean by common earth?
Is it a bad earth to the controller board or something on the board its self?
Cheers

Have a look at this ignition diagram for the TDR250:

The TZR is similar but it has separate CDI powervalve controller and so it needs a common earth for the CDI and for the powervalve controller.
Check all those black ignition earth wires and that it earths to the frame (at the coil) and that the frame is clean bare metal where the coil mounts.
Here is the full tzr wiring diagram:
